So when will CC 2016 be released

i know nobody will answer this question.

because an update screwed with my PS installation i had to remove it.

i just ask because normaly around this week in june adobe releases a new CC version.

i bet a minute after i reinstalled CC 2015....

what i really want to say is ... PLEASE MAKE THE UPDATE PROCESS more robust.

too many of the issues discussed here are update related.

it´s bad enough when the updates introduce new bugs.

but when the updates process itself ends in meaningless error messages or worse destroys your installation something has to change.

Moving to Creative Cloud Download & Install​

Hi Tanja,

Please try the steps below:

• Uninstall the Adobe CC desktop app (Creative Cloud Help | Uninstall the Creative Cloud desktop app)
• Reboot the machine.
• Install the latest version of Adobe creative cloud from the link: Creative Cloud Help | Creative Cloud for desktop

don´t bother writing your stereotypical answers you read from a adobe service book... im not a PS newbie i know all that 0815 stuff.

the only advice that really helps in most cases is.. delete everything adobe related and install new... and that is bad enough.
