I've scoured the forums and tried everything in regards to the file syncing issue. One thing I cannot seem to find is the .log file. I went to User/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CoreSync and i'm not seeing any .log files.
The files are viewable on the web, but will not sync to my CC Desktop App.

the log file location has changed to ~/Library/Logs/CoreSync. Could you provide us with the following info so we can help you further? - I'll send you a private message through the forum software - you will need to be signed in to view this.
