Dear all,

I have used Creative Cloud Indiv. the last 7 years.

As it is possible, I used it on 2 different computers and changed computers a few time.

Until now, when a new computer replaced an old one, I was able to declare in a nenu of my online personal account.

It worked pretty well, I think, once, I just had to confirm by phone the operation.

Now, I am getting a new computer again and I wanted to operate the same way.

However, this menu does not exist anymore in my personal account.

The online chat told me they cannot help.

Would you have a solution?

Richard

You can have Creative Cloud activated on two computers. If you try to activate a third, it will see the other activations and require deactivation first. You can also log into Creative Cloud.
