Web user interface to Edit text In customizable Designs on Web Site

Hello Everyone,

I am a first time user on this community. 

Does Adobe have a product, or is there third party software, that provides a way to publish customizable graphics on the web and enable users to edit only the text portions of the designs on the site, while retaining font and text effects as well possesing features that adjust the text to fit within the area etc? Perhaps to work like editable PDFs used for invitations and the like?

I want maintain all control over the final result, this is for the non creative consumer. 

I have not seen any editable / customizable text programs that make it easy for the user really. They are not easy and offer too many variables.  I’d like to have a simpler system that only enables the user to edit the text, and have it look good every time. 

I’ll pay someone to build it, if it does not exist.

you can use adobe animate to create a canvas project.
