Where can I download PS Elements 8.0 (I have the serial no.)?

Adobe photoshop elements 8.0, and serial number came bundled with my bamboo create graphic tablet, but when I try to install it off the bundled disc, the dish stalls and crashes out, likely because of the various EULA permissions. I've succeeded in DL'ing other bundled s'wares BUT NOT THE PS ELEMENTS 8.0, which I would like to use. NO, I don't want to buy the PS/Elements 10. NO, I don't want to navigate around the Adobe Shop all day. I want to download and activate my legal PS Elements 8.0. I have the serial No. Please, for Diety's sake, can some kind soul tell me where to download the version 8.0 that's in the bundle, so I can go on with my life. Thank you and Phew.

You have to contact the manufacturer of the tablet. They are the only ones that can give you a replacement disk.
