When entering Essential Graphics text, there is a lag between typing it on the keyboard and seeing it appear.

The more complicated the timeline, the worse the response.
In YouTube editing, captions are often attached to all comments, and the slow response of text input is directly linked to the speed of work, so please improve it.
Especially in editing work in Japan, "text input" occupies a considerable weight.

Essential Graphics text is too heavy and too late to work.

It feels like 80's.

Adobe must fix this problem as soon as possible, please.

Agreed. Making a text change should be instantaneous. The fact that you have to first wait for the active field to convert to an editable text box, then make the change, then wait again for it to switch back is a huge time waste and makes the tool useless. I've found that it's better to convert the transcript to an srt, open that in notepad and correct it there, then replace it back into Premiere. I'm not sure that auto-updates the transcript though.
