1. OS and Illustrator Version

2. Performance Logs :

• For Windows :
  1. Close Adobe Illustrator.
  2. Launch the Command Prompt and paste the following command, then press Enter:
     set AI_ENABLE_LOGS=1 && "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator 2024\Support Files\Contents\Windows\Illustrator.exe"
• For Mac :
  1. Open the Terminal app.
     
  2. Run the following command to launch Illustrator:
     AI_ENABLE_LOGS=1 "/Applications/Adobe Illustrator 2024/Adobe https://adobe.ly/3DcxTtS Illustrator"
     
     Use the Text to Vector feature within Illustrator. The performance logs will then be generated and saved at the following locations:

• Windows :%appdata%\Adobe\Logs\Adobe Illustrator\28.0\Adobe Illustrator\AIPerformance.log
• Mac : Upload the generated file to Google Drive or Dropbox and share a public download link here. We'll forward this information to the product team for analysis.~/Library/Logs/Adobe/Adobe Illustrator/28.0/Adobe Illustrator/AIPerformance.log
