If I have two elements one directly on top of the other and the top element is locked, I should not be able to select it. Automatically, it should select the first non-locked element in the stack. Right now, if I have a textfield over a shape, if I lock the text field, i should have unfettered access to the shape behind it.
The way it is now, I have to find it in the Layers panel to select the shape behind the locked text field. Locking an element should make it not selectiable. It should not interfere with selection. of items below it.
PLUS, this form that requires you to select a topic and gives you 6 unrelated and completely illogical selections just makes things worse. Please quit requiring people to lie about topics. THis is none of those topics but I have to pick. Terrible UX
