Turntable - "Error while loading the views"

Hello,

I want to try the new Turntable tool, but keep running into the same problem:

1. I select the artwork, expand it, and group it
2. I click the Turntable button in the generative art toolbar
3. The following error immediately pops up: "Error while loading the views! Please try with a different artwork."

I've tried this with several different pieces of art and had the same results.

I suspect this might be a system requirements issue. My company haqs me working on a VDI, so the error may be related to that. I wanted to see if this is a known issue and if there's anything I can do to address it before passing it on to our IT team.
