Не приходит информация на почту после оплаты

Добрый день!

Вчера, 31.10.2021 оплатила месяц использования иллюстратора, но ссылка на почту так и не пришла.

вопрос: когда придет информация на почту и как мне в дальнейшем установить приложение на мой компьютер. Причем, деньги списались сразу. Недумала, что возникнут такие проволочки... большая просьба связаться и прояснить ситуацию. Спасибо!
