Hello. Is it technically possible to create a tool that allows an illustrator to convert it into lines from a drawing that you load into a program? If not, it would be great if there was 🙌🏼

there many techniques you can do.

If you place a drawing to illustrator, you can trace it to convert it to vector..

after that there are much you can do with this.
