Здравствуйте, скачала пробную версию иллюстратора, но она почему то не открывается. С чем это может быть связанно? Пишт , что точа входа в процедуру не найдена

Before you can use Illustrator, you must download & install Creative Cloud desktop app.

Restart your computer.  Install & launch Illustrator from the CC Desktop App.
