ピクセルにスナップで自動的にラスタライズ後のようにしたい

設定は表示/ピクセルにスナップ、表示/ピクセルプレビューを有効化した状態で描画しています。円などの曲線があるオブジェクトを、自動的にラスタライズした後のような描画にしたいのですが方法はありますか？よろしくお願いします。

So you need this to look like a bitmap result?

Do you need this as a vector object? What do you need to output?

You could apply Effect > Rasterize (turn off anti-aliasing). That would make it into a pixel object, but it is a live effect.

You can use the Appearance panel and apply a Rasterize Effect to an object or to a layer to simulate rasterization. Because it is an effect you can always change the artwork and even turn it off.
