Hi @HanLu, the file might be corrupt? Could you post the file and we could try to open? Does the error happen with just that one file? Or all files?

Sorry to hear about this experience. Would you mind checking if the file is located on an external/network drive or a cloud-synced folder? If yes, kindly try moving the file to a location on the internal hard drive, like the desktop, and check if it helps.

 

If the issue persists, kindly share some more information, like the exact version of the OS and Illustrator, so we can investigate this further.
