실행이 안됩니다

일러스트가 갑자기 열리지 않으면서 "MSVCP140.dll이 없어 코드 실행을 진행할 수 없습니다. 프로그램을 다시 설치하면 이 문제가 해결될 수 있습니다."라는 문구가 뜹니다.

어떨 때는 VCRUNTIME140.dll가 없다고 뜨기도 합니다. 

다시 다운 받아서 설치하려고 해도 SET-UP을 실행하면 같은 문구가 뜨면서 전혀 진행이 안되네요.  기존에 깔려있던 AI 2023을 삭제하려고 해도 삭제도 안되고... 이거 왜 이런걸까요?

Thanks for your help.  It worked!!  I removed the Microsoft Visual C++ Libraries and reinstall them as you recommended. After that I could reset Adobe Creative Cloud and Illustrator.
