일러스트레이터 설치 오류

회사를 통해 Adobe 계정을 사용하고 있으며

계정 로그인 후 일러스트 설치파일을 다운로드 받으면

파일이 설치 완료되는 즉시 설치 프로그램이 삭제가 되거나,

삭제가 되지 않을 경우는 다운받은 프로그램을 클릭하면 '현재 pc에서는 이 앱을 실행할 수 없습니다' 라는 문구가 뜨며 설치가 되지 않습니다.

해결책 좀 알려주세요...

We are sorry for the trouble. In addition to Larry's suggestion, would you mind trying installing using the app from the Creative Cloud Desktop app?

Also, please check that your system meets the minimum requirements to run Illustrator here.

 

Note: Windows devices running on ARM-based processors such as "Surface Pro X" are not supported as of yet by Illustrator.
