When creating a 3D object in Adobe Illustrator, the software closes when the 3D and Material panel is open.

How is your color management set up? If it is set to "Emulat Illustrator 6", then you need to turn color management on.

If that does not help: what are the specifications of your computer?

Did you load any custom materials?

What kind of computer is it? 

How much RAM?

Which processor?

Please make a screenshot of Edit > Color settings

Do you have any custom materials installed?

I did what he said but it still doesn't work on the soft setting, I tried uninstalling the software again and again but the problem still didn't go away.

32 GB of RAM should be sufficient for 3D.
