3D and Materials window + Single Graphic is not an option

I just want to map my own graphic in the new 3D materials tab.

But when I click the + in the bottom of the  3D and Materials Add ..... Single Graphic is not an option.

Does anyone know why?

Which version of illustrator are you using? The interface has recently changed.

You need to make a symbol of the art you wish to map, if the art is an image, you need to embed first. In the old version is called map art, the new version there is a tab (forget what is exactly called as my computer at moment has previous version). Click on the other tabs until you see your symbol.

I am on the new 22 version.

I did try to make the art a symbol first but it still does not let me choose anything except for images from my computer files that are sbsar files. 

The window says "All Materials" not "All Materials and Graphics"

According to all youtube and adobe help videos the + should give me 3 options.

- add materials

- add single graphic

- add multiple graphics

The 26.2.1 version should give you those options.
