3D effect letter “O” problem

Hello, 

I am trying to apply the extrude and bevel (classic) effect to my text, however, the letter "O" keeps processing without the top "roof" part of the 3D letterform. Any ideas on how to fix it?

Thanks for reaching out. Would you mind checking if Illustrator also behaves this way with other files? If yes, kindly share some more details, like a screen recording (https://community.adobe.com/t5/illustrator-discussions/screen-record-an-issue-on-windows-amp-macos-f...), the version of Illustrator, the OS installed on your computer, and system configuration (CPU/GPU/Memory/Display used) so that we can investigate this further.

I have seen that unfortunately happening from time to time. Sometimes nudging one of the angles or changing the perspective a little bit helps.
