3D Graphic is blurry after render

Hi, 

I'm creating 3D objects with text built-in for a graphic but even when I render the 3D object with the high-quality setting it appears blurry.

In the 3D panel, top right, render settings there are options for quality and vector output

How large is this object?

How is document raster effects resolution set up?
