3D render came out with weird shapes

I was trying to render this design in 3d inflate but then it came out with weird shapes like this. I don't have any layer that would create this though. I also have a problem where the render is supposed to look inflated but certain parts somehow looks deflated? Does anyone know what's the problem here?

There are tiny holes in your "sweet" artwork. Build it like this and then it will work:

Yeah, turned out it was this thing that was causing the problem so I replaced it with a different shape that won't 😅. Thank you so much!!
