Hello everyone,

I'm creating something like a ring topology (or token ring) in 3D. So I have extruded a ring already (see image) with a globe in between, but want to have something like a connector attached to the ring (see my sketch what I mean with the ring and connector). So my question is how do I get 3D connectors? And these 3D connectors attached to the ring (as in sketch) on multiple locations?

Thanks in advance!

You can't do this in Illustrator.

You will need to add those connectors as separate objects to the drawing and then adjust perspective etc by eye measure.
