Please don't reply with lame advice about using some "cleaner tool." The fact is that Illustrator is not stable at the moment, and now my life is hell.
Illustrator 29.3.1
MacOS 15.3.1
Mac version 16-inch 2019
Restarting does not fix it. It happens randomly at file open, or file save, or just trying to do my job processing packaging files. I'm going to try to downgrade as a solution because there's nothing else to do but waste time trying to use a once great, now horrible piece of software.
Reporting that downgrading to the last version of Illustrator, 29.3, has solved my problem for now. Also, I'm saving the file after each operation, just like I had to do in the Illustrator 88 days.

If this is happening when opening or saving files, I would check the printer settings.
Illustrator is looking for a printer resp. the specified printer (this information is inside the file) and if it cannot find it, then it acts up.
Also: are all your fonts OK?

Please, I'm not seeking your advice. It's never helped. Just ignore my posts from now on.

It's not possible to ignore certain users here and I'm not keeping a list.

Up to 10 crashes now. Adobe makes my life hell. It wasn't always this way, but it sure is now.
