a brush with different thickness

Is it possible (and how?) to make a brush like the one i have attachedbut having different thicknes's. For example, i wish in its ending to be thicker and in its start, i wish it is narroeer. Is something like thits possible?

Yes. Take a look at the Width tool (Shift + W), or stroke profiles (the menu at the bottom of the stroke panel).

You need to create a new stroke profile, as only the opposite of what you requested exists in the defaults

  1. draw a line
  2. Use Variable width tool to make the ends thicker
  3. In stroke profile click on add to profiles, give it a name
  4. Selct your stroke and assign that new profile
