access to illustrator files from iPad to PC

Hello, I'm trying to figure out how to access my illustrator files on my PC. I normally use my iPad for illustrator, however it is hard to organize the files on there, so I would like to open the files on the PC. They have been uploaded to the cloud, but my searches come up empty.

They are not in the Homescreen of Illustrator?

Are both your devices synched to the Cloud?
