Accessing CC library objects via CEP plugin code

Hello! I'm new to Illustrator plugins (extensions) building and scripting. I just wanted to understand if there is a way to access CC library objetcs via CEP plugin. I want a plugin to read some properties of CC library assets, like color, gradeints, masks, etc.
