That is a script for InDesign. I'm not aware of a scripting method for Illustrator. Can you show your exact use case so any suggestions can be as specific as possible?

If I select 2 or more lines that intersect each other I want to create an anchor point for each exact point of intersection.

If you just have a small number of intersections, you can use the Add Anchor Point tool with smart guides on and click where smart guides say 'Intersect'. That might be sufficient for some use cases. If you have a vast number of intersections and you wish to automatically add points to all of them, you might need a more automatic method.
