Problems with Adobe fonts can sometimes be fixed by signing out from your Adobe account in the Creative Cloud desktop app and then signing in again.

  1. Close all Adobe applications
     
  2. Uninstall the Creative Cloud Desktop application by using the uninstaller: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
     
  3. Reinstall the Creative Cloud Desktop application by following the steps shared in this help
