Adobe 2026 won't open or load

Hi! At some point in the past week, my Adobe 2025 was updated to 2026. However, now whenever I try to open Illustrator 2026, nothing will open or load. It turns into a white screen, and I end up having to quit the program. I can't open old or new files. I uninstalled and reinstalled it, but no luck. Does anyone know what I should do or who to contact?

To continue working, I would install a previous version using the CC app.
