Hi All,

I'm using a couple of Adobe fonts in a project, I go to site and need to access the files and no Adobe fonts are available.

Anyhow, no client wifi and no 4G available ( to hotspot my phone) so I couldn't continue, very embarrassing with the client standing next to me.....

I thought this stuff worked offline for a number of days?
Is it possible to stop this happenning again? (Otherwise further use of Adobe Fonts will not be possible)

thanks

If you launch the Creative Cloud desktop app while offline, fonts won't display in the font lists of your apps. However, if you go offline while the Creative Cloud desktop app is running, activated fonts will still be listed and available to use.

seems ridiculous though, means I have to keep my macbook open (I mainly work on my iMac and can't close it down on route to the client.

You can test this at home - have the CC desktop app open and synced.

Disconnect your Wifi from your Macbook, then close it/put it to sleep. Don't shutdown.

Reopen your Macbook and open your documents.
