Adobe Illustrator 2021 v25.4.1.498 - New Document setup window opens blank

Adobe Illustrator is not showing any New Document Blank Presets.. all options are empty (print, web, etc.) Is there a way to fix this as have tried using: use legacy "file New" interface as well but doesnt work Is there a way to fix this?

Using: Windows 10 & Adobe Illustrator 2021 v25.4.1.498

The simplest workaround is by reinstalling Adobe Illustrator.

I just got the same problem like yours, on version 28.0. Reinstalling helps. Takes a little bit time waiting for reinstall, but it works. Hopefully this doesn't reocurring.

When reinstalling because of a problem like this, then running the Cleaner tool might be a good idea:
