Hello,
I am having trouble saving my work in Adobe Illustrator since it crashes whenever I try to do it.
It doesn't happen with all of my files but with some of them, it does. I can export to any format, but the software crashes when I try to save the file locally. I tried to save files both to my internal SSD and external HDD, but Adobe Illustrator crashes both ways.
It works when I try to save it on a cloud.
I hope there is a solution to this issue.
Regards,
Bulend

EDIT:
When I tried to save the same file without photos included it didn't crash. It crashes when saving files with photos linked/embedded.

Myself and another colleague are having the same issue with illustrator 2022. To save cads is fine, but saving moodboard images is a nightmare. It takes ages to save and often 'quits unexpectedly' and never recovers the images. It has been this way for the last few months. We are loosing so much time to these crashes.

Adobe Illustrator 2022 has been crashing on me every time I have multiple documents open with photos.
After embedding images and trying to save them, the programme crashes, almost like clockwork every time.
This has been going on for months now, I submit reports but never hear anything back.
It's super frustrating as I now need to open recent documents in the older version and I lose editing capabilities, images and various other elements across all documents worked on in that version previously.
This needs to be resolved ASAP, considering how much our business pays monthly for the service, this is not acceptable.
Below is the message that appears when I re-open the programme:
