Adobe Illustrator 26.0.3 Could Partially Read This File on Multiple Files

This is just happened suddenly on at least 5 files that I've tried to open varying, from small files to a quite big ones. This is so frustrating because before this (like minutes ago), all is just normal.  Already tried to restart my device.

Are the files on your harddisk?

Are their file sizes reasonable?

Do they open sometimes or do they open on someone else's computer?

You could try if resetting the preferences helps you.

Rename the preferences folder, since that can be undone.

For now, I just downgraded my illustrator to v26.0 and the issue is gone.

As for my files, I've tried to open files from my external disks (SSD and HDD) as well as my internal disk (SSD) I tried opening files ranging from a few MBs to hundreds of MBs. I'm using a Mac Mini M1 if that helps. I've had several times encountering this issue (mostly with big files more than 100MB for instance) but the files eventually will open after I tried several times.

For now, I'll just leave it on this version and hopefully it won't happen again.

We are sorry for the trouble. This issue has been addressed again in v26.1. I would suggest you update your Illustrator and let us know how it goes. If you are still facing the issue, I will request you to share the download link to the file with us. We will take a look at it.
