Hi! I'm currently running Windows 11, version 22H2, and Illustrator version 27.3.1. I have tried running updates and downgrading illustrator to all avaiable (26-current), turning off fonts, reseting preferences, and any other immeditely recommended pieces of advice on the website. All drivers are up to date as well. I've tried using the creative cleaning tool as well. Currently it is the only adobe program installed as well since I removed everything in the process.
The problem started as just crashing when I would attempt to open a file, but now it just crashes whenever I launch the program as a whole, as an administrator, creative cloud, and so on. At a loss since I have no idea what to try next.
Hello @andrewg95674103,
We understand how frustrating it can be to experience crashes. If you're using a Wacom Tablet, we recommend trying an older version of the driver (6.3.46-2) to see if it resolves the issue. If not, please follow the steps in this help article (https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/fix-crash-on-launch-issues.html) and let us know your observations. Also, kindly share the crash report using the steps in this article (https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/crash-next-steps.html
