Adobe illustrator 3d effect not working

in this section 3D option is not enabled I tried many times. but I don't know what is the problem. please help me, anyone?

I believe that if you select a single path the options will become available; or if you remove the effect from all the individual paths, group them, then re-apply the 3D effect to the group, the options will be available when the group is selected.

Could be that the objects in your selection have different settings.

What happens if you select a single object?

(so more or less what Peter said).

Sorry to hear about that. Would it be possible for you to check if this is happening on a new document or not? Also, as mentioned above by @Ton Frederiks @tromboniator, it is possible that the correct layer or group is not selected. Try selecting individual objects and see if you are able to see the 3D properties or not. If not, would you mind sharing the file with us, and we will check at our end?
