Hi there,

Recently I can't open Illustrator, every time I try it, following dialog appears (I use Polish version so sorry if my translation is not spot on):

Failed to load translated resource files for this application. Repair or reinstall the app, then try again.

Reinstallation doesn't help, I suspect it might be the Big Sur update problem, what should I do?

The trick with deleting the com.adobe.illustrator folder from caches did not work.

Hi @Klementyna0101

I understand crashes are frustrating. There could be multiple reasons (hardware software, connection, etc.) why an app would crash. We have fixed a few issues in the v26.0.1 released recently. Please update Illustrator to this version and let us know how it goes.

Regards,

Anshul Saini
