Hellow!
Just bought it adobe illustrator monthly subscription for 26,43 eur
but they don`t let me access it..
When i go to open illustrator, it shows buy again! but I just bought it...
On my bank account it shows -26,43 eur.
On adobe account under my plans is not showing that I bought it.
Tomorow is starting my illustrator courses but I can`t access this program. 😞

Thanks! Maybe i just need to wait some hours.
Right now on my account I can`t see my plans and billing history.. loading very long or showing error.

Monika, just curious, do you can see your adobe plans on your web account?
I can`t see mine, some error pops up all the time.

currently the account page doesn't load. But I could see it earlier today.
As Tina mentioned, there was an AWS outage, so probably just wait a little and try again?
