Adobe illustrator force closing

Hello im new to this community and also new to use retail adobe.

I having issue with my adobe illustrator when i sett the preset for example the width of the workspace, when i click it it force close the adobe illustrator. and when i try to use the AI feature on the prompt section same things, when i click it it force close the program. i haven't try any other feature but knowing that i can't even set the preset when making a new document i think its very important thing to be fixed first.

Here's some self troubleshoot that i tried :
1. Reinstalling the adobe illustrator
2. Check update on Creative Cloud Dekstop
3. Downgrading the adobe illustrator to version (28.0)
4. Deleting my old adobe illustrator
5. Changing the display setting on my pc like what i saw on yt
6. Closing all the unnecessary app on taks manager

I hope someone can help me with my issue.
