Adobe Illustrator Not Displating Most Artboarda

Hi everyone, was hoping to see if anyone has a solution to this problem. I tried opening my Adobe illustrator file and almost all of the art boards are not displaying, only the first one. I’m using a Mac (Monterey 12.0.1). When I click on the file and the preview of the file shows up, it correctly shows all of my art boards as being displayed but once I open the file itself, it is not there, only one artboard is being displayed. If anyone can help that would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

Where did you save the file?

What kind of file is it?

Have there been any issues (crash when saving, harddisk issues etc.)?

What's in the layers? Clipping masks you didn't create?
