Adobe Illustrator v27.4.1 crash when drawing with Pen Tool

While drawing with PenTool within the application, the application closes.
When I open it again I get this error and continue as a recovered document.
My app and drivers are at the latest version. Anyone else having this problem?
How can I solve this?
