Adobe Illustrator: Will we ever get a relink all instances in links panel?

In InDesign there is a 'relink all instances of [file name]' option in the links panel. Also identical instances of linked assets are grouped in folders for easy access. It's a perfect system.

In 2025 we still don't have this feature in Illustrator:
Step 1) If a file gets moved on my system, I have to shift+click each instance in the links panel before hitting 'relink...'.
Step 2) I then have to find and select the file and hit 'place' for every single instance - if i have 10 instances i have to do this 10 times.

This can be a real pain when you know another Adobe programme handles this so well. I hope that 2025/2026 are the years that Adobe start to streamline their ecosystem so that the best features are accessible across all apps.
