Adobe saying my computer is not compatible even though I am

I tried to install Adobe Illustrator but it won't let me because it says I don't have a compatible pc. I read through the requirment specifications on the software. I checked and updated all things needed but it still says I don't have a compatible device. Upgraded from windows 10 to windows 11... blaa blaa blaa check that update that but it still doesn't work. Helpppp. Here's my spec:

i5-9600k 3.70hz

16gb RAM

RTX3060 12gb

231gb SSD

931gb HDD

Windows 11 

Version: 23H2

OS build: 22631.3737

I've had the same problem after i completely resetted my pc where it worked before. After I used a different browser (Edge), I was able to download it again. Maybe it helps
