Affichage différent entre .svg et 'Coup d'oeil' sous Mac

Bonjour,

J'ai un soucis avec mes fichiers .svg. Dans Illustrator, ils semblent 'propres' mais lorsque je les regarde rapidement avec 'Coup d'oeil' (via un clic droit sur le fichier), je vois autre chose... Une image avec des petits défauts. 
Voici un exemple : 
A gauche, ce que je vois dans Illustrator et à droite, ce que je vois dans Coup d'oeil.

Comment remider à cela ?

What's the finished use of your files, where are they being viewed?

Do they look like Glance there? if not then it's some rendering issue with Glance, so don't use it - why are you using it?

Files are icones for a website. So they are .svg but it's easier to open them quickly with glance to show them to my client instead of waiting a few seconds to open each of them in Illustrator.

Don't rely on Apple Preview or Quick Look.

How does that show in a browser? Same issues?

How did you save it? Is it just an SVG or SVG with "Illustrator editable"?
