After update the Lastest Illustrator

After update Ai to the latest version, sometime when save file to pdf, will pop up error.

Any 1 facing the same issue? or do any 1 have any solution?

Exactly how do you save the PDF?

Did you already reboot the computer?

And reset the preferences?

Hi,

1)The attached is the image of my file

2)We use "save as" to save as pdf

3)Yes, I did, a few time

4) i had try the below link to reset my prefences, but no luck, coz I'm using Adobe acrobat pro.
