I've imported an AI drawing from Rhino but when I open it everything is in wireframe. How do I get filled surfaces?

It's not clear what is meant by "AI drawing from Rhino". It might help if you clarify whether you mean Artificial Intelligence or something else by "AI".

In any case, I suspect the solution will be to simply direct-select and delete unwanted segments, then apply fills using Live Paint, but more info would help, including screenshots if possible.
