I have a problem, I'm creating a logo with Illustrator and I have paths with colored filling with the paint bucket and live paint that are one above the other, however when I change to PDF or SVG the parts of the path underneath are visible as a trace on the objects superior.

Live paint is a live object, which is expanded automatically in a PDF or an SVG. So there are shapes, Live paint does not automatically unite them. In the PDF this is most likely just an antialiasing issue. In the SVG the reduced precision can lead to paths actually shifting. What you might want to do:

- copy the AI drawing

- Expand the live trace

- Unite the same colored neighboring  shapes

- export.

This is what happens when you live paint and then expand and then use the Pathfinder panel on it. https://youtu.be/81Z-yaC33Pg
