AI wont let Epilog print multiple passes

New Here ,
Jan 25, 2024 Jan 25, 2024

I have recently aquired an Epilog Fibermark 20w.  It uses its own printer driver interface.

With CorelDraw, if i choose to print 5 copies, it makes 5 passes of the design.
However, in AI no matter where or how i set the copies, it only makes 1 pass.

Is there a way to fix this or do i have to stand there and press GO every single time?

@Richard35041721cm7p

I've moved your post from Creative Cloud Desktop to the Adobe Illustrator forum for you.

Funny (in a way) that Adobe Illustrator has been known as AI since 1987 and now Artificial Intelligence is taking over the acronym.

Thank You.  It can apply as any adobe product since it has the same results even in other apps of theirs (not printing multiple copies) but I mainly use illustrator.

Even illustrator now uses AI in AI.

It sounds to me like you have to bypass Adobe Illustrator's own print dialog box settings to get at the printer's own settings. You can do that by clicking the "Setup" button in the bottom Illustrator's print dialog box. You'll get warnings about it, but it might allow you to get to the settings you want. If that doesn't work out you could try saving a copy of the artwork as a PDF file and then use Adobe Acrobat to output the file.
