Does it get better when you turn on "Align" to Glyph in the Align panel?

Please read this about the function: https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/using/align-text.html

I tested it now, it works as long as all your text frames are fit. ie. should not be wider than the text inside them.

Ok, now I realized what you have there in the screenshot. Only the Arabic text goes out of alignment and is clearly shifting away to the right.

When you select the Arabic text frame, do you see any abnormality such as the text is sticking out right from the frame?
