Anchor point jumps

Hi there,

When I move the anchor point of an illustration (1350 x 750px - Zoom 1000%), the anchor point jumps by a certain amount of pixels.

How can I disable or change this?

Is Snap to Pixel on? (View > Snap to Pixel)
