Anchor points won't display anymore

The anchor points and handles on any path were always showing. Now I accidentally used a to me unknown short cut and they no longer display. HELP please - I urgently need them back to be able to keep working. Thank you for your support.

The toggle for Show/Hide Edges is Cmd(Ctrl)-H which should solve your problem.
